How smoking effects your lungs

I doubt if there are many smokers on this planet that don't know it's bad for their health.Wherever you are I guarantee you won't be allowed to forget how bad smoking is for you. If they don't get the point across, nothing will. As we all know, the effects of smoking leads to lung cancer, and it's not exclusively for those with poor genetics or smokers over the age of 65.

Contrary to popular belief, one cigarette can be hazardous and leave traces on your lungs for over four weeks. That's just one cigarette, I dread to imagine how serious the damage is with a whole pack. We're talking some serious damage here, so, if you're still on the fence about how to quit smoking, I think it's time for a few recent articles on lung cancer.

Unlike smoking, learning something about the effects of smoking isn't going to hurt you is it? You prevent things before they occur, and you seek the newest medications upon the detection of a health affliction. With some health issues, it's pretty cut and dry and one would think that common sense would overrule, but apparently it doesn't. Some smokers only start believing the dangers when something happens directly to them, something they can't ignore.Often it's having a smoking related respiratory condition that makes them listen when all the articles on lung cancer didn't.

I saw something once though that stopped me in my tracks; a person smoking a cigarette through a hole in their throat. Some people just never know when to quit, but you have to be pretty self destructive to continue after having cancer of the throat. However, there is irrefutable evidence linking smoking to serious health afflictions. General medical information and articles on lung cancer support this and will confirm that respiratory problems like asthma and bronchitis can be caused by smoking.

How smoking effects your lungs.
It is also now widely known that inhaling other peoples smoke can be equally bad for you and why should we when we have chosen not indulge. With new laws taking effect in the western world, lighting up is going to get harder so why not quit before you are forced to through ill health.

Low Level Cadmium Exposure Linked To Lung Disease...Science Daily reported on August 20 that new research suggests that cadmium is one of the critical ingredients causing emphysema, and even low-level exposure attained through second-hand smoke and other means may also increase the chance of developing lung disease. http://www.chantixhome.com/
